Staying Fit in College!

When you’re doing a fully active course like I am, Staying fit and healthy is a must, but the college life takes its toll!

Its nearly month 6, and my fitness is at a stand still. Through knee injuries and ankle sprains, unmotivated is how i feel right now!

Setting out a plan day by day, is a sure way to keep fit in college! Avoiding the alcohol, bad junk food and eat fruit vegetables with plenty of rest is just about all the things I don’t do in college!

But today, TODAY is first day of the rest of my life!.
