  • Plenty of sleep before exams keeps the mind open and fresh!
  • Physical exercise can make you feel more confident and prepared for exams, physical health if just as important as mental!
  • Eat good foods and plenty of liquids!
  • Downtime!, Time with family and friends is vital before exams to keep morale up!
